The International Council for Adult Education - ICAE is a global network created in 1973 which aims to defend adult learning and education as a universal human right. The 7th ICAE General Assembly took place in Nairobi, between January 17th and 19th, 2007, and had as its motto: “The right of adults to learn; convergence, solidarity and creation ”.
